Cooking method
1. Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve or in a blender.
2. Add sour cream and sugar to the cottage cheese. Mix it up. You can take a ready-made curd mass instead of this mixture (but then it may or may not be useful if you are not sure of the quality, or in the end something will not work if there are substitutes for milk, cottage cheese, etc.)
3. Add eggs and semolina (4 tbsp.l.), mix. If desired, semolina can be partially replaced with flour.
4. Divide everything in half, add cocoa to one part and mix. Add a spoonful of semolina to the other part. Mix it up.
5. Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with oil and put the dough, alternating dark and light, one spoon at a time, in the center of the bowl.
6. Cook on Baking mode for 50 minutes. Allow to cool completely in the bowl, otherwise it will break.
Enjoy!
Delicious to serve with sour cream or berries (or both).
