Cooking method
We clean the fish from the scales and from the inner film, cut off the fins. We make 4-5 small incisions along the entire length of the carcass. Salt, rub with spices, sprinkle with herbs.
Pour water into the bowl of the slow cooker, bring it to a boil on any mode. Next, we do not tightly spread the nototenia on the grill for steaming, set it on the bowl and select the "Steam" mode, setting the time to 12 minutes. This is quite enough for a medium-sized fish to cook. If the carcasses are thicker than average, you can add 1-2 minutes, but no more, otherwise the meat will lose its taste and become watery.
We serve the fish on warmed plates, garnished with herbs and a slice of lemon.
