Cooking method
Chop finely peeled onion, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Chop the cabbage finely, add salt to it and knead it with your hands. Mix with fried onions. Pepper to taste.
Separately mix flour, baking powder and add eggs and kefir to them. Stir or beat until smooth. If you wish, you can add salt to the dough.
Now mix the cabbage into the dough.
Grease the bowl of the slow cooker with butter and pour the dough into it.
Bake in the "Baking" mode according to the instructions for your slow cooker. I have it for 1 hour (for aspic pies).
The cartoon will beep, but do not take out the pie, do not open the lid - let it stand for 15 minutes. After that, the cabbage pie can be removed, allowed to cool and served to the table.
