Step 1:

Knead the dough with your hands. The dough should turn out soft, sticky. If it turned out to be a little thin, add flour, if on the contrary, too tight, add a little vegetable oil. At this stage, you can add the filling.

We put it in a slow cooker, slightly flattening it. It is not necessary to lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker. Close the lid and leave to bake for about 6-7 minutes. Here, look at the power of the slow cooker and focus on the desired color of the cookies. You can brown more.
Step 11:
Open the lid, our cookies have swollen, become porous.
Step 12:
Turning the cookies over. Close the lid and bake for another 5 minutes.
Step 13:
The finished cookies are soft at first, do not be afraid, this is how it should be. As it cools down, it will dry out, become crispy and crumbly.
