Black Prince cake with jam

A simple and delicious cake for tea. Try! This cake can be cooked every day - it doesn't get boring) I got the hang of baking it in a slow cooker. The cake turns out to be very high and well baked inside. Jam gives the cake a brownish tint, which is why it is called the "Black Prince".

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min

Pour kefir into a large bowl, pour soda, mix. Let the reaction take place, give it time (4-5 minutes).

Then break the egg and pour in the sugar, mix everything with a whisk. After that, add the jam, mix the mass again until smooth.

At this stage, enter the flour (pre-sift it through a fine sieve to saturate with air), mix the dough (it will not be steep, but will be like pancakes).

Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with vegetable oil, pour the dough into it and, choosing the "Baking" mode, set the time to 50 minutes (check the readiness with a wooden skewer, if it is dry, the cake is ready).

Combine sour cream with condensed milk, beat with a mixer. It will be a cream.

Cut the resulting cake into two cakes (the cake in the slow cooker turns out to be quite high and lush), smear them with cream and lay them on top of each other. Pour the remaining cream over the cake and decorate with grated chocolate.

Give the "Black Prince" time to soak. To do this, send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Everything, you can eat!
