Charlotte with cottage cheese in a slow cooker

Cooking method
1. Put the butter out of the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature so that it becomes soft.
2. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, mash it with a fork. Add soft butter and sugar to it, mix well (you can use a blender)
3. Sift the flour through a sieve.
4. Beat the eggs well with sugar for 10-15 minutes (depends on the method of whipping - manually or with a mixer).
5. Continuing to beat the egg-sugar mixture, gradually in small portions, add flour.
6. Wash the apples and cut them into thin slices.
7. Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with butter.
8. Pour 1/3 of the dough into the prepared bowl of the slow cooker, then lay out some of the apples and the curd mass in layers. Pour the remaining dough on top and lay out the remaining apple slices.
9. Turn on the "Baking" mode and cook the pie for 65 minutes.
10. After cooking, let the cake brew for 10 minutes. Then open the lid and leave the charlotte to cool.
