Step-by-step cooking
Chop 1 onion in a blender and mix it with minced meat. Mix the minced meat well, add the egg, season with salt and pepper and knead again.
Roll the minced meat into walnut-sized balls.
Cut potatoes into small cubes.
Rinse the rice.
Put rice, potatoes and meatballs in the bowl of a slow cooker.
