Lean pike cutlets

Cooking method
1. Scroll through the pike fillet in the meat grinder.
2. Soak white bread in a small amount of water for a few minutes.
3. Add soaked bread, pre-pressed, to the minced fish.
4. Add salt and ground black pepper.
5. Mix everything thoroughly and form cutlets from the resulting minced meat.
6. Roll each cutlet in breadcrumbs from all sides.
7. Lubricate the surface of the steamer with vegetable oil, lay out the cutlets.
8. Cook the cutlets for a couple of 20 minutes.
Serve the fish cutlets to the table warm, sprinkled with chopped dill.
