Chard cabbage rolls with shrimp and steamed rice

When I set out to do this, I found a lot of recipes on the web, but this one - steamed chard cabbage rolls, was especially impressive. It turned out that it was very tasty! Cooking method

Cooking time: 25 min

1. Separate the kale leaves from the cuttings and chop coarsely.
2. Medium chop the green onion feathers and onions. Chop the garlic finely.
3. Separate fresh thyme from the twigs.
4. Cut off the stem from the leaves of the chard, and mash the thick main vein on the leaf with a fork.
5. Blanch the leaves for one minute. Remove from boiling water, dry and cool.
6. Saute onions until browned and add kale cabbage, garlic, thyme and green onions. Cook until the cabbage is ready.
7. Fry the shrimp lightly and quickly in a hot frying pan in olive oil.
8. Mix cabbage, egg and rice. Add salt and pepper.
9. Divide the filling into 5 equal parts and spread on each chard leaf.
10. In the filling, immerse two shrimp on a sheet and wrap the sheet around the filling.
11. Put chard cabbage rolls with shrimp and rice in a steamer bowl and cook for a couple of 6 minutes.
12. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce for serving by combining soy sauce, chili sauce and water together.

Serve ready-made cabbage rolls hot. Enjoy your meal!
