Dough: sift wheat flour, add rye and buckwheat flour, salt, sugar, cumin, rye sourdough for bread, yeast. Add all this in this sequence to the bowl of the bread maker, where water is already poured, diluted with ground activated carbon and vegetable oil is added, turn on the "dough" program for 1.5 hours. Put the finished dough into the bowl of a slow cooker and bake on the "bread" program until ready for 2 hours.
