Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
For cooking, take sausages, wheat and corn flour, milk, salt, baking powder, tomato sauce, sunflower oil, olive, chicken egg.
Step 2:
For cooking, buy quality sausages from an already proven manufacturer. Cut them in half. On the one hand, cut it into 6-8 pieces almost to half of the sausage, carefully so as not to break the integrity.
Step 3:
Now we need the batter. Pour the milk into a deep container. Beat in a chicken egg and add salt. Mix it up.
Step 4:
Pour in the sifted wheat and corn flour. Stir so that there are no lumps, until a homogeneous dough is formed.
Step 5:
Add tomato sauce, ketchup or tomato paste. Stir again until smooth.
Step 6:
Dip part of the whole sausage into the batter.
Step 7:
Dip in hot vegetable oil. Fry until golden brown on all sides.
Step 8:
Lay out on a paper towel to remove any remaining oil.
Step 9:
Cut out the eyes from the boiled protein, and the mouth from the olive. The appetizer of sausages "Octopuses" is ready.
