I present to your attention a culinary recipe of a real Italian dish. Fried mozzarella cheese is a food for every taste. Here cheese and vegetables are satisfying, healthy and most importantly delicious.
To prepare this dish, take a saucepan with salted water, bring the water to a boil and put tomatoes in it. Again we wait for the water to boil, and after half a minute we quickly remove the tomatoes from the boiling water. First let them cool down, and then they need to be carefully peeled, cut into quarters and cleaned of seeds. Then we cut these quarters into small pieces. When we're done, we'll put them in a separate bowl.
Now let's do the zucchini. Cut them into thin strips. About a quarter of the strips will be put aside, they will come in handy later. Now take a deep frying pan, pour olive oil into it and put zucchini slices there. Bring them to a golden color and add tomatoes to them. Next, simmer the resulting mixture for 8-10 minutes. You can cover the pan with a lid. And, by the way, you need to salt the vegetables and add pepper.
Next, we will need 3 clean bowls. We put flour in one, break an egg in the second and shake it there, and breadcrumbs, black pepper and oregano in the third.
Cut a slice of cheese, roll it in flour, then dip it in an egg, and then roll it in breadcrumbs. And thus every piece of cheese.
Now we take a small saucepan, pour a lot of oil into it to get a deep fryer. We heat it up and start frying the pieces of cheese for about a couple of minutes, until it becomes ruddy and golden. Each finished piece, you need to put it on a plate with a paper napkin so that the excess oil is absorbed.
Now we can put the finished pieces of cheese on a plate and serve it on the table with a vegetable side dish. We can decorate the dish with the remaining raw zucchini slices.
