Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Found a very simple recipe!
Step 2:
Just mix until a homogeneous mixture, that's all
Step 3:
Knead the resulting dough for 10 minutes and leave it in a container under the film for about an hour
Step 4:
Roll out into a sheet 1 centimeter thick and cut out the donuts
Step 5:
I just took a glass and a shot glass)
Step 6:
The oil should not boil! no more than 165 degrees Pour the oil to cover about half of the doughnuts, and heat over low heat
Step 7:
The finished donuts have a golden color and a white stripe in the middle, if there is no one, then reduce the gas (too high temperature). When the donuts cool down, you can cover with icing
Step 8:
For the glaze, I mixed powdered sugar with milk, no more than 20 ml of milk per 100 grams, or even less. If the glaze turns out to be liquid, then the donuts will simply be soaked in sugar, and the colors will not work (SPOILER: I did it, the glaze had to be smeared several times, and because of the dyes it turned black)
Step 9:
I mixed part of the glaze with food dyes, added the glaze in a saucer and added a mixture of dyes in a thin stream
Step 10:
Donut, you're just space)) Unfortunately, the glaze was absorbed, and the color changed
Step 11:
With the last donut, I correctly calculated the proportions of the glaze and mixed it with pink dye, sprinkled confectionery sprinkles on top. Donuts turned out to be denser than store-bought ones, but much more tender. Have a nice appetite!) Watch the full recipe on my Youtube channel
Donut or crumpet — round or ring-shaped, deep-fried bakery product, with or without filling
A crumpet in the narrow sense of the word is a doughnut without filling with a hole in the middle. The hole is designed so that the donut extracted from the hot oil is strung on a rod, from which the product is then placed in a bag or on a plate to the buyer.
I used to think that the preparation of such a dessert as donuts should take a very long time, everything turned out to be easy and simple. Donuts are much tastier than in the store, and very satisfying, although they are not stored for a long time, they are eaten very quickly)
