Cooking method
1. Break the eggs into a bowl, whisk lightly.
2. Pour condensed milk into the eggs, mix well.
3. Extinguish the soda with vinegar, pour the mixture into the eggs and condensed milk, mix again.
4. Sift the flour, add a little in a bowl to the rest of the ingredients, kneading the dough. It should be soft, obedient, not cool.
5. Roll the dough into a bundle that needs to be cut into pieces of about 2.5-3 cm. Form a ball from each such piece.
6. Heat the oil well in a saucepan, it is better that it has a thick bottom. Fry the balls in boiling oil until golden. Determine the degree to your taste - I like them with an appetizing crispy crust, quite fried, and soft and sweet inside. You can fry them until they are very light golden, especially if you fry them for children.
7. Put the finished balls on a paper towel so that the excess oil is absorbed. Let the balls cool down a little, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
Serve the condensed milk balls to tea warm.
Bon appetit!
