Step-by-step cooking
My most favorite sweet treat since childhood has been and remains curd balls. At first, my mother cooked this food for me, and then I learned it myself. The culinary recipe of this delicacy is very simple and now I will share it with you. So, we begin the preparation of cottage cheese balls by carefully mixing half a kilogram of cottage cheese with 2-3 cups of sifted flour.
Then add 3 chicken eggs, half a cup of sugar, a little table salt, slaked soda to the resulting mass and knead a homogeneous, smooth dough from all this mixture. After that, we form lumps of the same size from our dough (about the size of a walnut). Now fry the lumps we have obtained in a large amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan over moderate heat. Then, when they are ready, we roll them still hot in pre-prepared powdered sugar. After that, we put them on a dish and serve them to the table. Enjoy your appetite!
