Step 1:
Cut each wing into three parts at the joints. Put the tip aside - you won't need it. Cut the two remaining parts. There are two bones in the middle part: one is thicker, the second is thinner. Cut off the joint connecting the two bones on one side. Expose the bone, pressing down the pulp. Remove a small bone. Move the pulp towards the joint, turn it inside out. The meat will be outside, and the skin will be inside.
Step 2:
At the shoulder part of the wing, cut off the joint to which the middle part of the wing was previously attached. Move the flesh, expose the bone so that the meat is outside and the skin is inside. From one wing, two bones with meat are obtained.
Step 3:
Marinate the wings for 20 minutes. For the marinade, mix the juice of half a lemon, sugar, pepper, salt.
Step 4:
Breading the wings in starch 2 times. Next, you can cook such wings to your liking: deep-fried with beer, fried in oil to garnish, baked in the oven or on the grill, steamed, cooked for a more dietary version of such a dish.
Step 5:
You can serve the wings with your favorite sauce. You can prepare a festive side dish of potatoes. Eating wings without cutting is not very convenient: solid bones. And this method of cutting wings makes such an undertaking possible. Enjoy your meal! Merry holiday!
