Cooking method
1. Pour the specified amount of agar-agar into the pan, after which it is washed and filled with water. We leave the agar-agar in this form for 5 minutes. You can simply act according to the instructions placed on the packaging of agar-agar.
2. Take another saucepan into which we pour the milk. We put it on medium heat and bring it to a boil, then remove it from the stove. Pour condensed milk into the milk, mix everything thoroughly. At this stage, it is important to taste the milk mixture. If necessary, adjust the sweetness by adding more condensed milk. We're all getting in the way.
3. Next, put a saucepan with agar-agar on a slow fire, warm it up, stirring, until completely dissolved and homogeneous. While we remove this pan from the stove, and return the milk mixture to the fire. Stir, warm up for 2 minutes, without bringing to a boil, then remove the pan from the heat.
4. At this stage, we filter the resulting mass through a sieve, and then pour it into molds (pialki, sakanchik). We are waiting for the mixture to cool completely, and then we put the cups with the future milk jelly in the refrigerator. We wait 3-4 hours, after which we decorate the jelly to taste and serve it to the table.
You can decorate jelly as you like - chopped nuts (you can caramelize), grated chocolate, berries, you can pour it with any topping. In general, in this matter you need to focus on your own imagination and preferences. Such a dessert, especially exquisitely decorated, can be served even on a festive table. It will look original and appropriate and will certainly be admired by the guests.
However, such a dessert can be prepared on a very ordinary day for your loved ones, if you want to please them. The delicacy is especially loved by children and can serve as an alternative to store-bought ice cream.
