Cooking such a dessert is extremely simple! And pretty fast. All we need is just a few ingredients that are usually available in every kitchen. Such a delicacy can be prepared if guests are expected. You can't think of a better dessert for gatherings in a friendly company, especially if it's warm outside the window.

So, how to cook this unusual, delicious and beautiful dessert? First of all, we pour into two bowls the specified amount of gelatin, divided in half. Then pour the gelatin in the first bowl with half of the coffee, and it should be freshly brewed and hot. If instant coffee is in your personal preferences, then you can use it. In the second bowl, add hot milk to the gelatin - also half. We leave the gelatin to swell.

In the remaining coffee, which needs to be poured into a saucepan, add sugar - half. Mix everything thoroughly until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved and taste it. Add as much or as little sugar as possible.

Next, pour the gelatin coffee mixture into the sweet coffee and put the pan on moderate heat. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until all the gelatin dissolves. We do not allow boiling.

We also do with gelatin-milk mixture - add milk to it, pour everything into a saucepan and warm it with stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Do not boil.

Pour the milk mixture into small serving cups or bowls (it is better if they are glass, so that the layers are clearly visible). We cool down and send the cups to the refrigerator until they solidify.

Next, pour the coffee mixture on top and put it in the refrigerator again. We do this a couple more times, alternating layers. We put the jelly in the refrigerator and, after complete solidification, decorate and serve it to the table.

Dessert is well stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days.

Bon appetit and warm friendly meetings!
