Step 1:
Grape layer.
Step 2:
Wash and dry the grapes well. Arrange the berries in cremans or glasses.
Step 3:
Gelatin pour 150 ml of grape juice and leave to swell.
Step 4:
Heat the swollen gelatin until completely dissolved, but do not bring it to a boil.
Step 5:
Pour in the remaining grape juice and mix.
Step 6:
Pour the grapes with grape-gelatin mixture and refrigerate until the juice is completely solidified.
Step 7:
Yogurt layer.
Step 8:
Combine yogurt at room temperature with sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir and leave until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 9:
Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell. Then warm up the gelatin until dissolved.
Step 10:
Pour gelatin into yogurt and mix quickly so that there are no lumps.
Step 11:
Pour the yogurt mass over the frozen grape layer. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for another 1 hour. Before serving, decorate the dessert with grapes and mint.
