Step 1:

Gelatin pour 0.5 cups of cold water for 30 minutes. At this time, beat the sour cream with sugar. Then put the gelatin on the fire and heat it until it completely dissolves (it is important not to bring it to a boil), cool it down a little. Enter the gelatin in a thin stream into the sour cream, stirring constantly.
Step 5:
Cover deep dishes with cling film. Put the sliced fruit on the bottom (I have 1 banana, 2 oranges, 2 kiwis and some grapes), then a layer of sliced sponge cake, again a layer of fruit and a layer of sponge cake. Pour a mixture of sour cream and gelatin. Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
