Cooking method

2. Meanwhile, we put sour cream in a bowl, pour powdered sugar, mix.
3. The swollen gelatin is melted in a water bath or in a microwave, poured into the sour cream mass, stirred.
4. We break the cracker into smaller pieces with our hands and transfer it to sour cream, three chocolate on a coarse grater, peel the bananas, rust with thin plates.
5. A detachable baking dish is lined with cling film, sprinkle with chocolate, pour out one third of the sour cream with a cracker, then chocolate again, sour cream with a cracker and chocolate again.
6. Thus, pouring the layers with grated chocolate, we form the whole cake. The surface is also sprinkled with chocolate and decorated with bananas.
7. We send the cake to the refrigerator for 3 hours to solidify.
