Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients we will need. For convenience, the wooden box was covered with cling film.
Step 2:
We heat the chocolate in a steam bath. Or it can be in the microwave (in short pulses) DON'T OVERHEAT!!
Step 3:
Soak gelatin in cold water. If the granulated 8 gr. gelatin is soaked in 40 ml. cold water.
Step 4:
Wipe the strawberries dry with a napkin.
Step 5:
Add the swollen gelatin to the melted chocolate. If you have granulated, literally melt in the microwave for 5-6 seconds. And Greek yogurt (or fat sour cream) Liquid yogurt or liquid sour cream will not work! And mix everything well.
Step 6:
To taste and desire, add powdered sugar. My strawberries were a little sour.
Step 7:
And also optionally add titanium dioxide. To remove the yellowness and give the glaze density.
Step 8:
If air bubbles have formed, the glaze can be passed through a sieve.
Step 9:
And proceed to glazing. The consistency of the glaze should be thick enough. It should practically not fall off the berries. The layer will be thicker - the dessert will be more appetizing. And from time to time we send the dostochka to the refrigerator so that the glaze freezes.
Step 10:
Step by step I painted the glaze with dry, food coloring. Here at will. And I literally selected a tablespoon of each shade for decoration. This is also optional.
Step 11:
And decorate as your imagination wishes. I decorated it just with stripes. And at the end we put everything in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes for complete solidification.
Step 12:
That's it, the dessert is ready, that's such a beauty turned out!!! We shift it to a beautiful dish and you can serve it !!!
For the recipe you will need a minimum of time, only 5 ingredients and a good mood!!! And it can also be cooked in a family circle with children.
The only disadvantage of this dessert is the short shelf life. No longer than two days.
I hope you like the recipe, as well as me :)
Bon appetit !!!
