Cooking method
1. For the base of the torus, we grind cookies with a blender. Melt butter in the microwave and mix with cookies, add cocoa.
2. We put the crumbs into the mold and tamp the bottom with a spatula and form the sides. We send the form to the refrigerator.
3. Whisk cream and mix with cottage cheese and sugar until smooth.
4. Prepare the gelatin as indicated in the instructions. Add to the curd mass. Divide the cream with cottage cheese into three parts and mix each part with melted chocolate.
5. We spread a layer with dark chocolate on the sand base, then milk and the top layer is white.
6. We remove the cake form in the refrigerator until the gelatin solidifies.
