Strawberry dessert with cream

Cooking method
Soak gelatin in water.
Wash, peel, mash and strain the strawberries until they are pureed without seeds and lumps.
Add powdered sugar and mix. Strain the swollen gelatin, heat it up and mix it with berry puree. Pour into cups by tilting them.
Beat cream with powdered sugar to soft peaks and fill the cups. Decorate the dessert to taste.
