Step 1:
If there is no special mold, you can use a cooking mold and a tray!
Step 2:
Soak the gelatin in warm water.
Step 3:
Whisk the cream.
Step 4:
Add cottage cheese and powder. Beat everything well with a mixer.
Step 5:
Heat the gelatin until dissolved, cool slightly, add to the curd mass, beat.
Step 6:
Divide the mass in half. Half of the mass is deposited at the walls of the mold.
Step 7:
Add poppy seeds to the rest, mix. Fill in the center of the form.
Step 8:
Close with a white mass, level. Put it away for a few hours, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, carefully separate with a knife from the walls, put on a plate.
Step 9:
Decorate with edible beads, berries, mint.

Serve, cut into pieces.
