Step 4:
Mix everything with a mixer, preferably a blender
Step 5:
Pour out the dissolved gelatin in a trickle and mix thoroughly with the curd mixture.
Step 6:
Divide our jelly mass into 2 parts (proportions at your discretion). In one we add cocoa, in the other we can add vanilla to taste.
Step 7:
Pour the white part of the jelly into the cooking syringe. Mix the cocoa thoroughly until smooth. We get chocolate jelly. We spread a deep bowl with cling film and pour the chocolate mass on it.
Step 8:
Then the most interesting and the most difficult. Carefully dip the syringe with the white mass into the chocolate jelly and squeeze out small portions from the syringe. We make "peas" from white jelly in chocolate.
Step 9:
Pour the rest of the white mixture on top and send it to the refrigerator to solidify for 3-4 hours, you can overnight.
Step 10:
We take it out of the refrigerator, turn it onto a dish and easily remove the film.
