Pour gelatin with half a glass of water and mix with a spoon until it dissolves.

Pour the remaining water, sugar, corn syrup and salt into a small saucepan.

Cook over medium heat, closing the lid for 3-4 minutes.

Remove the lid and cook for another seven minutes, stirring constantly. Here you need to keep track of the time very accurately.

Pour the finished syrup and gelatin mixture into a mixer and whisk for about 15 minutes until the whole mixture turns into foam.
Step 7:
The volume of the mixture will increase approximately twice.
Step 8:
Mix powdered sugar and corn starch, and sprinkle this mixture on the bottom and walls of a non-stick pan or baking sheet.
Step 9:
Carefully put the whipped marshmallows in a saucepan and level its surface with a spatula, sprinkle with a mixture of starch and powdered sugar on top.
Step 10:
We send it to the refrigerator for at least four hours.

Put the finished marshmallows on a cutting board and cut into cubes. Each of which is again rolled in powdered sugar.Marshmallows can be decorated with confectionery sprinkles or add food coloring.
