Homemade ice cream sorbet in a blender

Refreshing berry dessert! Eat and treat your family! What could be better on a hot summer day than an amazingly delicious and cool homemade ice cream? To be honest, I cook it all year round :) Fortunately, I have plenty of frozen berries. By the way, instead of squeezing juice out of oranges, you can grind their pulp with a blender - it will be even tastier.

You can take absolutely any berries - currants, strawberries, cranberries, and raspberries. Experiment with different combinations. The berries are crushed with a blender until smooth. Add honey and juice, whisk again. Now you can pour the future sorbet into special portion molds (do not forget to stock up on wooden sticks in advance) and put it to freeze. I keep the sorbet in the freezer overnight, but after 4-5 hours it will be ready for use.
It's delicious! Bon appetit!
