Homemade cottage cheese for children from kefir

A wonderful way to teach your baby to eat healthy cottage cheese! While the child was small and just starting to get acquainted with our food, I was focused on finding recipes for kids. They had to meet the criteria of delicious and very healthy. One of the dishes that I cooked on my own is cottage cheese. I found many different options for making cottage cheese for children. I really liked one of them. This, in my opinion, is the easiest way that I use now, when I want my grown-up children to make a curd dessert.

Buy kefir in a bag. By fat content, decide for yourself who likes which one. This package should be put in the freezer for the whole night. In the morning, take out the frozen kefir. Leave it to defrost. But first you need to cut the package and remove it. Put the frozen kefir itself in a colander, which is lined with a cotton towel. That's all. It remains only to wait until it melts. Cottage cheese is ready. To make a dessert, you need to add sugar and fruit to it. If the kids are big, then add sour cream and sugar. You can, if you like, then honey or fruit. For small children, put a baked green apple in it. Enjoy your appetite! Obedient and healthy children!
