Buy kefir in a bag. By fat content, decide for yourself who likes which one. This package should be put in the freezer for the whole night. In the morning, take out the frozen kefir. Leave it to defrost. But first you need to cut the package and remove it. Put the frozen kefir itself in a colander, which is lined with a cotton towel. That's all. It remains only to wait until it melts. Cottage cheese is ready. To make a dessert, you need to add sugar and fruit to it. If the kids are big, then add sour cream and sugar.
