Step 1:

First of all, we prepare the necessary products for the preparation of delicious cottage cheese and strawberry cake with bananas and spinach.
Step 2:
To prepare the gelatin mass, take a saucepan, then pour three hundred milliliters of milk from the refrigerator into it, then pour out thirty-five grams of gelatin.
Step 3:
Mix all the ingredients well together, then set aside the saucepan for fifteen to twenty minutes to swell the gelatin.
Step 4:
Take a large bowl and put two hundred and fifty grams of cottage cheese in it, then add three hundred and fifty grams of 15% sour cream to the bowl.

Step 14:
Put sixty grams of pre-chopped spinach in a bowl with a curd-gelatin mass, after which we put eighty grams of crushed chocolate in it.
Step 15:
Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly in a bowl until smooth.
Step 16:
Put the cooked spinach mass with chocolate in the mold on top of the strawberry layer and spread evenly, then put the mold in the freezer for ten to twelve minutes.
Step 17:
After the time has elapsed, spread the banana and cookies on top of the spinach-chocolate layer and distribute evenly, then put the mold in the freezer.
Step 18:
After ten to twelve minutes, remove the mold from the freezer and put the cake on a plate, then decorate it with twenty grams of chocolate grated on a fine grater and spread the cherry berries to taste.
