First of all, we wash the meat and cut it across the fibers into large pieces. Next, they need to be put in the freezer for at least a few hours.

After the meat is frozen, we take it out of the refrigerator, put it on a cutting board and plan it.

We put the venison in a plate, sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper, pine nuts, decorate with fresh herbs.
