For a holiday and on simple weekdays, a delicious fish! Cook with love! Here again I wanted to treat myself to something delicious. The dish is quite easy to prepare, but you can just lick your fingers. The choice and quantity of spices radically change the taste qualities. There is a place for experiments here.

Freshly frozen fish is promptly cut up. We remove the bones and skin. You will only need fillets. Wash the mackerel, salt and add spices. We roll the fillet into a roll, then wrap it in parchment, and twist the edges of the paper.

Let the fish stand at room temperature for sixty minutes, after which we send it to the freezer.

After a few hours (after the fish is completely frozen), you can start tasting. We take it out of the cold, remove the paper and cut it thinly with a knife.
