Cooking method
1. If the grouse is frozen, then we need to defrost it beforehand. We clean the scales, cut the abdomen and remove the insides and the black film. We wash the carcass well.
2. It is better to salt fish in glass or enameled dishes. Rub with coarse table salt, add spicy spices. Fill the fish with boiled water so that it completely covers the carcasses.
3. We remove the container with the grouse in a cool place for a day, after which it is ready for use.
