Let's go back to the salted trout recipe. It is relatively simple. I take the fish, gut it, cutting off the head and all the insides. I cut into two layers and measure the weight of the fish. I mix salt and sugar, then rub the trout with this mixture. I put leaves of lavrushka and peas of black pepper on one layer of fish, close the second layer and wrap the fish in foil or gauze. I put the fish in the refrigerator for 1 day, and then in the freezer until the moment when you want to eat it. The salt trout is ready. Bon appetit!
