Cooking method
First you need to prepare cucumbers. Cut them into small pieces. You can cut them lengthwise into several parts, or you can cut them across in small pieces if desired. I prefer the second option.
Put the pieces of cucumbers in a tight plastic bag, add salt, sliced chili pepper, finely chopped dill and crushed garlic, cherry and horseradish leaves, peppers. Then we release the air from the bag and close it tightly, after which we shake and mix thoroughly.
The package should be left for 2-3 hours so that the cucumbers are well cooked, but if you have time, wait a little longer and then the cucumbers will turn out even more fragrant and crispy!
