The herring (ice cream) is washed, cleaned, cut into pieces, at the bottom of the laurel jar.leaf, pepper, peas, put our herring in the same place.
Then add salt, sugar, vinegar to the jar and close the lid and turn it over every hour (from the lid to the bottom and back).
You can replace all these ingredients with soy sauce - just pour them over the herring. But this is optional.
