We start with the fact that we thoroughly wash the fish and, if necessary, clean it, dry it well. After that, we cut the fish into thin layers with a thickness of about half-one centimeter. Now mix the salt and granulated sugar well. After that, we rub the salmon with this mixture. Now we put the fish on the cutting board with a thin layer, then we put the bay leaf, then we put the fish layer again and the bay leaf on top, and so on. When all the salmon is shifted in this way, we wrap it in parchment paper, put it in a plate and put it in the refrigerator for about two to three days. After this time, the fish can be eaten! Salmon turns out very tasty. Bon appetit!
