Cooking method
Peel the garlic, put the cloves on the bottom of a clean jar, add bay leaves and peas of black pepper.
Shred cabbage. Peel the carrots, wash them, grate them. We combine the vegetables in one bowl, mix, shake our hands a little and put them in a jar.
Pour salt and sugar on top, very carefully pour boiling water (up to the top) and vinegar essence, roll up the lids, wrap in a warm blanket and leave until completely cooled, namely for a day.
Stored in the cellar. Cabbage is perfectly stored and will delight you with its taste in winter!
