Garlic is better to take for this billet with small cloves, so that the whole clove fits into the plum. If the plums are small, then the garlic cloves can be cut into pieces. Peel the garlic from the husk, remove and clean the cloves.

Prepare the jars in advance. They need to be washed with cold water with soda solution, sterilized in a water bath, in an oven or in a microwave oven, in any convenient and proven way. And again pour the marinade into the plum jars. Immediately roll up the jars with lids. wrap the jars with warm material, leave them to cool at room temperature.
