Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients in advance and start cooking.

Boil the chicken eggs in the oven.

Finely chop the onion.
Step 4:
Put water on the fire, put chopped onions in it, pour all the seasonings, pour soy sauce and vodka. Let everything boil for 2 minutes, so that the overall taste and aroma is formed.
Step 5:
Peel the boiled eggs and pierce the yolk all over the egg with a toothpick. Put the eggs in the seasoning solution and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 6:
Then cut the eggs lengthwise into pieces and lightly pour soy sauce over them.
Step 7:
Put the eggs on the lettuce leaves. Decorate as you like. It turned out to be a delicious and unassuming snack in a hurry.
