Wash cucumbers and pour cold water for 3-4 hours.
Wash the leaves and dill, chop. Garlic and horseradish root are also prepared, cleaned, washed and chopped into small pieces. Put everything in a bowl and mix.
Cucumbers remove buttocks.
Sterilize the jars. According to this recipe, there are ingredients for three liter cans.
Put an equal part of the green mixture on the bottom of each jar. Place cucumbers on top, put equal parts of washed gooseberries on cucumbers.
Boil water and pour cucumbers. Warm up the jars with cucumbers in a water bath for 15 minutes. Then drain the water, boil again, pour in the cucumbers and also warm up for 15 minutes.
After once again drain the water from the cucumbers, add spices to it - cloves, pepper, salt, sugar and vinegar. Boil this marinade for 10-15 minutes on low heat, pour it over the cucumbers to the top.
Sterilize the lids for 5 minutes. Roll up the cans. Leave the jars upside down under the blanket for two days. On the 3rd day, turn the jars over and leave them under the blanket for another two days. After that, the cucumbers are ready for storage and consumption.
