Cooking method
Tomatoes need preferably the same size, small and elastic, but ripe. Wash everything. Sterilize the jars and put the sprigs of currants, cherries, dill, garlic slices, lavrushka and peppers on the bottom. Fill the jars with tomatoes, shifting them with herbs and garlic if desired.
Pour boiling water over the jars and hold for 10 minutes. Then drain the water from the cans into a saucepan, add sugar, salt, and boil.
Pour vinegar and lemon juice into jars (juice optional and to taste). Pour boiling water over tomatoes in jars and roll up immediately.
Turn the finished cans upside down and put them in a warm place (or wrap them with a warm cloth). You can put the cans away for storage only when the cans cool down. It will be ready in 1 month.
