Cooking method
Peel the garlic, chop it finely with a knife. Chili is also crushed. Pour vinegar into a saucepan, dilute it with water (about 2 tablespoons), pour sugar and a pinch of Italian herbs, spread the prepared garlic and chili pepper. We send the saucepan to the fire, bring it to a boil, remove it from the heat and cool it.
Pour olive oil into the cooled marinade, mix. Cut the cheese into cubes, put it in the marinade, send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Tomatoes are washed, cut into halves. Lettuce is washed, dried. Put lettuce leaves, tomatoes, cheese and olives in a deep plate, pepper, salt, sprinkle with cheese marinade and pour olive oil.
