Cooking method
The recipe is designed for 2 liter cans.
1. Peel and cut the onion into rings. Cut the tomatoes into slices, removing the attachment point of the stalk. Peel the garlic.
2. At the bottom of sterile jars, put garlic, clean bay leaf, black and allspice, hot pepper (cut into rings), and then layers of tomatoes and onions. In the middle of the jar, make a layer of greenery.
3. For the marinade, add sugar and salt to the water, bring to a boil, add vinegar, bring to a boil again and remove the marinade from the heat. Pour the hot marinade over the tomatoes. Cover the jars with lids.
4. Pour warm water into the sterilization pan, put a towel on the bottom and put the jars. Add water to the hangers of the cans. Add oil to the jars. After boiling, sterilize tomatoes with garlic slices for 15 minutes.
5. After sterilization, without lifting the lids, seal the tomatoes, turn them over and wrap them up. after completely cooling down, transfer the jars to a dark, cool place.
