Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. Tomatoes are mine. We wash and sterilize the jars.
Step 2:
Put bay leaf and allspice on the bottom of the jars. Fill the jars with tomatoes
Step 3:
Now prepare the marinade: pour apple juice into the container, add salt and, if necessary, sugar to taste (if the juice is sour) and boil the marinade.
Step 4:
Pour boiling marinade over tomatoes, cover the jars with boiled lids and leave for half an hour.
Step 5:
Drain the marinade back into the bowl and put it back to boil. We put the cloves of peeled garlic in jars.
Step 6:
Pour the tomatoes with boiling marinade again and roll up the jars. Turn the jars over, wrap them with a warm blanket and leave them overnight until they cool down.
Step 7:
