Step 1:
In order to cook tomatoes with grapes for the winter, prepare not very large ripe tomatoes without damage, the correct shape. Grapes will also be required. Anyone will do, but it is better to give preference to seedless varieties. In addition to these products, you will need a little salt, granulated sugar, vinegar 9% and dry spices to taste.
Step 2:
The specified number of products is calculated for 1 liter jar. Prepare the container: thoroughly rinse the jar using soda, then pour boiling water over it. Put dry spices on the bottom. It can be bay leaf, allspice, black pepper, cloves, mustard seeds. Also put a peeled garlic clove in the jar. You can put some spicy herbs to taste.
Step 3:
Wash tomatoes and grapes. Remove the stalks from the tomatoes, and separate the grapes from the twig. Fill the prepared jar alternately with tomatoes and grapes. Grapes very successfully fill the empty spaces between tomatoes. Gradually pour boiling water over the tomatoes and grapes so that the products are completely covered. Cover with a sterile lid and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4:
Drain the tomatoes and grapes into a saucepan, add salt and granulated sugar to the water, and put the vinegar immediately in a jar. Bring the brine to a boil and re-pour the tomatoes and grapes. Immediately seal the jar hermetically, turn it upside down and wrap it in a warm handkerchief, blanket, blanket. Leave in this form until completely cooled. Put it for storage in the cellar or in the pantry.
