Step 1:
Finely chop the cabbage.
Step 2:
Finely chop the tomatoes.

Finely chop the onion. And greens (optional).
Step 4:
Grate carrots (as is customary for you finely / coarsely).
Step 5:
Chop the pepper with a straw.
Step 6:
Combine all the vegetables in a deep bowl and mix. Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat. Then add sugar. Add salt. Pour in the oil. Keep on fire for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 7:
Pour in 9% vinegar, mix thoroughly and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 8:
Lay out the hot mixture in sterile jars.
Step 9:
Roll up the lids, turn over and wrap for 12 hours until completely cooled.
