Cooking method
First, prepare the marinade. Tomatoes with garlic are crushed in a blender. Add salt, pepper, vinegar, oil. Mix everything well and let it brew.
Meanwhile, finely grate the carrots. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Put the chopped vegetables in a saucepan, mix. Fill with marinade.
Cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes.
Lay out the onion and carrot in pre-prepared and sterilized warm jars. Before sending to the storage place, the jars must be left covered for a day at room temperature.
