Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Rinse the chicken fillet under running water and cut each into identical pieces.
Step 2:
Use a sharp knife to peel and core the pineapple, then cut it into small cubes.
Step 3:
In a deep bowl, mix the grated ginger (you can use dry), chicken seasoning and soy sauce. Add the chicken fillet and pineapple, stir, and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4:
Put the marinated meat on the skewers together with the pineapple.
Step 5:
Fry the shish kebab over hot coals, turning it over periodically, until fully cooked for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 6:
Serve with greens. Bon appetit!!!
