Step 1:

After the time has elapsed, we remove the meat from the container so that the marinade remains. Grease the grill pan with butter and add the whole marinade
Step 8:
Distribute it evenly over the bottom of the pan. We spread the meat. In a preheated oven to 230 degrees, cook for 6 minutes on one side. Then turn it over and continue cooking for another 2 minutes on the other side. If you like steaks with blood, shorten the cooking time. 4-5 min on one side and 1-2 min on the other
Step 9:
The meat is ready, put it in foil so that it has a little rest. And put apricots, onions and water or broth in a frying pan with juice

Simmer on medium heat for 2-3 minutes
